Engagement Overview

OWL Computing Development provides custom software services. All work is governed by a signed statement of work and associated agreements.

Scope and Changes

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in writing. Changes require mutual agreement and may impact cost or schedule.

Payments

Invoices are due according to the terms defined in your agreement. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in your signed agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the client receives rights to work created for the engagement upon payment.

Confidentiality

We treat client data and project details as confidential and expect the same in return.
